I am Best, Founder at Innovation Developer. I am also the Project Manager of Downtown Robloxia. Downtown Robloxia is going to be released on 3/2/2019. We are hiring Moderators and Administrators to help us keep the game safe because we believe Roblox Moderators work very hard and we would like to help them keep our games safe.
We are looking for Moderators and Administrators to join our team. Moderators (aka Virtual Security) will moderate the game and make sure nothing Inappropriate is happening and the game is a “Bully Free
Zone”. Moderators will also act as “Customer Support” and they will be given notifications when someone uses the “!help” command. Some of the Moderators will be invited to help me and other developers at “Meet the developers” and other events. Administrators oversee the Moderation Team, but they also get a custom admin rank.

Payment ranges from 5R$/month - 100R$/month. You will be paid based on how you do in the interview/training and how many In-game Moderation Cases you help us with.

Don’t get me wrong, but this forum is meant to find developers not moderators and administrators…
I would highly suggest you look in Roblox discord servers, Reddit or even your friends to cover this role.

I’m also going to point out that 100 Robux a month is equal to 35 cents a month. I’d recommend raising your payment by a lot if you want to attract people, because money speaks everything on this platform.
This is a place to hire developers and not mods/admins. I recommend recruiting from your player base (since they’re the ones that’ll be the most interested in the game).
I don’t want to sound rude but right now you’re trying to recruit free labor for the game. Most of the major groups/games make the moderation job as a voluntary job.
I recommend you put more focus on the building part of the game before you go for the social aspects. It seems really simple and it doesn’t really attract the more demanding players.
There is a lot that is wrong with this. Let me break it down.
The Developer Forum is for communicating Development Issues, Feedback, etc. If you are looking to recruit Moderators, try doing it in your Group or Discord server.
If you are looking to hire professional candidates for your position, this is considered free labor.

Usually you wouldn’t pay a moderator. They moderate for you because they like your project. However, you cannot recruit moderators on here as this is mainly used to hire developers. You do that in your own server (i.e discord).
