Hello, I’m writing this on behalf of the group owner B1smarck. The Galactic Republic (The Galactic Republic - Roblox) is an active Star Wars based roleplaying group that currently needs a lead developer who will be able to hire other developers and also develop new games for the group’s large active community. Looking for a head developer who is skilled in either scripting or building (optimized for less lag).
Payment: The group always usually has 20k + in pending sales and currently has 240k group funds avaliable, these can be offered as payment upon completion and/or a % of total group funds. OR the group funds can be converted into USD and directly given to you via PayPal.

You would be working as the head developer for the group, which is a management role. The owner of the group would tell you what he expects from the dev team, and you would be in charge of making sure stuff gets done. You would also be able to script for the group of course. Its project is different.
Well you would be the head developer, so you could choose what part of a project you want to script. The projects are normally creating a full game, so scripts would range from weapons, GUI, server systems, etc…
I absolutely love Star Wars but the role is kind of weird… I’m getting paid to boss others around?
I think you would have more luck specifically hiring a scripter to do some work. If you already have a dev team, why not just tell them what to do directly? This is just going to add a middle-man and probably won’t end well.
That being said, I’d be down to help out with anything if you need it.
