La Floraison Restaurant is a (rebooting) restaurant group on the Roblox platform aiming to serve the Roblox community with positive and welcoming customer service. Here at La Floraison, we value our customer’s wants and needs. However, none of this is possible without a dedicated executive team.

Supervisor
In this role, individuals are responsible for regularly attending interviews and training sessions for the LR hiring process and spending time at the restaurant. They should be fully prepared to issue moderation actions throughout the restaurant and begin to gain a basic understanding of moderation actions in the Discord server.
Experience is not required, but it greatly increases your chance of being accepted into the position.
Assistant Manager
In this role, individuals are responsible for regularly attending interviews and training sessions for the LR hiring process and spending time at the restaurant. They should be fully prepared to issue moderation actions throughout the restaurant and Discord server.

General Manager
In this role, individuals regularly host interviews and training sessions. They should be fully prepared to issue moderation actions throughout the restaurant and Discord server.

Board of Directors
In this role, individuals are responsible for moderation around the restaurant and on the Discord server. They are also expected to regularly assist in hosting interviews or training sessions and reviewing applications. In accordance with the communications department, they should help promote spirit days and other events.

Associate Director
In this role, individuals are responsible for moderation around the restaurant and on the Discord server. They are also expected to regularly assist in hosting interviews or training sessions and reviewing applications. They may also assist in the training process of new executives.

Executive Director
In this role, individuals are responsible for moderation around the restaurant and on the Discord server. They are also expected to regularly host interviews or training sessions and review applications. They may also assist in the training process of new executives.

Moderation Department (Corporate Head and Assistants)
The moderation department is responsible for the moderation procedures in-game and on Discord. They are expected to be able to handle any unexpected raids by following their own set of procedures.

Communications Department (Corporate Head and Assistants)
The communications department is responsible for events, shifts, training and interview sessions, spirit weeks, and other activities.
Experience is not required, but it greatly increases your chance of being accepted into the position.
Staffing Department (Corporate Head and Assistants)
The staffing department is responsible for the hiring and training procedures of new employees. They also set the guidelines for promotions of LR staff.
Experience is not required, but it greatly increases your chance of being accepted into the position.
Executive Department (Vice President and CEO)
These individuals are responsible for all operations at La Floraison and for hiring members of the corporate departments. They may run promotions and advertisements to encourage group growth.
