You’re going to need to be more information.
Just follow the format for recruitment. I’m sure devforum has a default format for hiring.

You need to include a description for what is included when doing this job (Building a city, castle, etc).

Please don’t make duplicate topics. You could have just edited the topic’s category:

And you’re way too vague on this. What is the game about? What is your group? What is your payment? etc.

In terms of payment, if you read the image we state that our budget is flexible & for you (the builder/modeler) to let us know what YOUR rates are. In terms of the group, as identified in both the image and notes - the public name of our studio is going under “Iconic Studios”, which is owned by our parent company LLC, & as stated - if you wish to get more info, upon US being interested in bringing you onto our team, we can disclose more info about the group/game/company.

We are looking to bring on low poly modelers & builders as disclosed in the image & notes. Meaning we will have VARIOUS and ever expanding/changing tasks we will need. This is more of a long term business relationship, versus one off specific commissions.

Correct, Roblox does provide a default EXAMPLE format, to assist people whom need it. We have provided the amount of information we want to disclose currently & appropriate place to give modelers/builders to apply for the position. This is called a NEED TO KNOW meaning, we disclose to those whom we bring on, what they need to know. Thanks.

All this information is already disclosed in the post. But I will break it down for you.

I think you know what you’re doing by looking at your replies to other posts as you are able to justify yourself well, but despite this, this is generally an awful recruitment post.

This shouldn’t bother you to ATLEAST do somewhere close to the minimum:

  • Some things are implied in the form which are not mentioned at all in the devforum recruitment post. I shouldn’t have to be on an external site to realize I need to give my Discord; just follow the structure for recruitment posts to give information beforehand.

  • Basically 2nd point again. Mention that developers must have a portolio beforehand having to click the link for the application. ‘link your portfolio’ - you’re expecting people to have one so please mention it in your recruitment post.

This also might generally be of concern to you, as many portfolios such as my own are just available through screenshots provided on Discord, and not all commissioners on devforum prefer to have a portfolio whether it’s on an external website or this.

I do not take offers from Devforum and so this expectation in language would definitely discourage me to apply [though it didn’t, everything else did].

  • Genre of the game, what the game generally is and the deadline of work should be mentioned:

Upon US being interested in bringing you onto our team, we can disclose more info about the group/game/company.

I don’t think I have to explain why it’d be better to atleast do what’s mentioned in the last bullet point, but if you’re somehow forced to go confidential [since I obviously don’t know what you’re trying to do] that’s okay, it’s just what causes the post to suffer as a result.
