Hi there! We are Radical Productions, a small upcoming game development team. Our goal is to create games that players will enjoy, as well as have an amazing experience. About The Job

As said above, we are looking for all positions for our Development team. A short explanation of the game would be, enemies with different health and abilities will walk down a path, eventually walking into an exit, causing the players to lose health. Defenses, commonly known as “Towers” are used to take out these enemies, and can be upgraded with cash. You are able to gain cash every wave, as well as taking out the enemies. The game progressively gets harder every wave, eventually leading to the end boss. Upon the boss being defeated, the player wins. If the player runs out of health, they lose the game. This type of game is based highly on strategy, allowing players to engage and collaborate with each other to create strategies, as well as build a community.

Basic run-down of what each jobs’ requirements, and tasks:

Builder/Secondary Builder - Must have a few years of experience. Must be experienced in low-poly building. In charge of making maps, as well as the lobby.

Scripter/Secondary Scripter - Must have a few years of experience. In charge of scripting any features that allow the game to run smoothly.

UI Designer - Must have at least a year of experience. In charge of creating user interfaces that are easy to understand, and have a clean appearance.

Animator - Must have at least a year of experience. In charge of mainly animating “towers”, as well as anything else that would require animation, except for UI animation.

GFX Artist- Must have at least a year of experience. In charge of creating images for game icons, as well as thumbnails.

It is expected that you will put at least one hour of work into this every day. Breaks will be allowed if reasonable upon request.

Payment

Upon release, you will be paid an amount, depending on the amount of tasks completed. Another factor in the amount of payment is profession, as well as the effort put into the tasks.

A 50,000 Robux budget has been put on to this project, which will be used for paying developers, as well as used for advertising.
