Hello there, we are an upcoming group called Embro Studios. We are here to provide high quality and immersive games along with a stable and accepting community for everyone to join. We as a whole want to bring innovation and a new presence to Roblox and we are seeking people to help us in this mission. We are currently only at 100+ members but we are hoping that when our first game will release we will grow and learn lots of useful things from the Roblox platform and our community.

About The Job
As you may know we are hiring developers, scripters to be in fact. We are hiring 1-2 scripters to join our team for a period of time depending on how you work with the team. We see this as a partnership and want a person with great communication and is task orientated. For the first project that the scripters will be working on is a game is a Red Light, Green Light, 1…2…3… inspired game. The scripters will be handling the main gameplay of the game and the scripting of the system which makes the game run. They will also need to know how to script GUI’s and who is experienced in scripting on Roblox. The game follows the rules of the game which it was inspired by; Red Light, Green Light, 1…2…3… A person will be picked to be it, then the person who is it will turn around and say as it follows.
Then when they turn around everyone has to freeze, if they move while the player is looking then they will be sent to the back of the line. The first person to reach/touch the person who is it wins and receives a win. We will also have a global Win leaderboard and more features to come in the future; but those are for a later time in the progress in the project. and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.
Payment
We will be using the method of % of the games revenue to pay for the development. This set % will be starting at 15. This can be negotiable for how much work and dedication you put in and the quality of work you have made and presented us. USD is not an available payment option, nor is anything other than robux.

Information on tasks, the actual ‘style’ of your game and what would be required of them would help this topic a lot because right now it’s not very descriptive.
If you want to make a serious advertisement, I’m sure many of these scripters would appreciate an in-depth description of the things they’ll need to do. Simply saying you need them to make a kind of game doesn’t give them much information. It also suggests that you yourself may not be sure of what is necessary for said game, leaving a bad impression. Just some advice.
Scripters tend to like % payments. It also helps to give them a VERY detailed explanation of what they will be scripting. Would recommend you get a little more information on your thread so people know what you’re looking for exactly.
i suggest hiring 1 scripter and give him 40 - 50% cause 15% is really low for a scripter.Most scripters dont like working with eachother anyway (from my expierience)
As we said it’s a base prices, it varies, we could bump it up to 25% but, we’re only starting. Also, thanks for that constructive feedback, we’ll take it into recount!
