(hiring) managers for %

About Us

Hi there! We are Spike Stream Studios, a small upcoming game development team. We’re looking for Managers who are willing to join our team and work with us on our new games. We are a massive studio with different teams working on different games and we need people to manage them.

About The Job

We are looking for a professional manager to join our team. We expect managers to respond quickly to massages, make sure that everyone is working an progress is being made. Managers will post the games progress five times a week on a Google spreadsheet with screenshots of the work followed by a brief description, on the given game.

Payment

We are paying Robux ONLY. You will be paid a small percentage of the glass revenue for managing, prices are negotiable.

Contact Us

You can contact me on DISCORD ONLY: Wizzardofazz#8707
You must be 13 years or older to apply. Unless proven mature, nobody should he treated differently because of their age.

Thanks for reading!

Can you specify the percentage? Also, what do you mean by Managers? What do you mean by posting the “game’s progress”? Etc.

Sketchy.

I am confused on a few things, first off… what do you mean by massage (Do you mean the physical massage or something else)?

Also why can you only be contacted on discord?

LOL I need to fix that, we only do discord because it is easy to contact people. I did that on mobile and auto correct screwed it up!

What role(s) are currently filled for the team? A manager tends to lose interest if
A). Project plan isn’t organized (Marketing isn’t thought out, the game concept is poorly structured)
B). Essential roles I.e Modeler, and programmer aren’t filled or are filled by unreliable people (First impressions determine if someone is reliable or unreliable)
C). If a project lacks funds to advertise a polished product.
D). Lack of transparency (We especially hate this, GOOD communication between the project leader & manager is an absolute must If we want to minimize the damage done)
E). If the payment is only a %, we’ll be hesitant to accept the position as this can easily be a stressful working environment especially when it comes to start ups. The most common trend I see is how there aren’t any strict guidelines established by the project leader resulting in MANY of the team members to distract themselves easily from productivity.

I highly recommend reconsidering this, while maturity isn’t defined by age there are cons of collaborating with minors over adults. For starters… 16+ is when minors are legally allowed to work unless a parent/guardian gives their consent for a 13-15 yr old to work. Though this policy isn’t heavily enforced as many minors DO collaborate on projects without a parents consent or awareness.

Another downside of hiring minors would be lack of experience, easily distracted by school or maintaining a social life. Same logic could be applied to adults however we’re more likely to be productive and be more willing to make sacrifices on a project we believe will become successful. The only benefit of hiring minors would be underpayment since minors have less job opportunities in comparison to an adult.

I respect that you have your disagreements but we are doing a trial thing/ test to see if they are fit to work. Also every role is filled, I only assighn managers to teams that are full.
