Hiring One-Time Scripter to Make a Custom Humanoid

About Us

Hello there! We’re apart of the group, Wandering Spirit (https://www.roblox.com/groups/3902606/Wandering-Spirit#!/about). We’re currently looking for a one-time scripter to create a custom Humanoid (with the base properties a Humanoid has, such as the camera and hipheight) to run through our custom-rigged characters.

The Team
@Nyapaw - Scripter
@Fennecpaw - Builder/Modeller/Animator

An example of a custom-rigged and animated character (with Blender animations) can be found here: https://www.roblox.com/games/3582748866/Fenneroo-Lympix-Testing

About The Job

We are looking for a reliant scripter who can provide us with a custom humanoid in which can be placed inside of custom rigs. It has to be multiplayer-friendly, contain the main base properties a Humanoid has, the ability to be used as a StarterCharacter/player-controlled rig, and work fluently with Blender animations. Blender animations do not function without both server and device lag on a regular Humanoid rig, which is why a custom-made Humanoid that can be used for playable characters is required.

The deadline for this project will be negotiated, as this project requires much effort, especially depending on the level of the scripter.

Payment

We’ll be paying a one-time payment of 400k robux, however, this price CAN be negotiated depending on the difficulty level of this project.

Blender animations do not function without both server and device lag on a regular Humanoid rig …

I am confused as to what exactly is meant by this. Can you elaborate on what you mean by “server and device lag?”

Server lag is the lag that is brought onto the server by playing Blender animations on a character with a Humanoid (slower server running times, chat lag, etc). Device lag is the lag that players experience on their devices (choppiness, lower frame rate, crashes, etc). I’m pretty sure there are other terms to describe these problems, yet I’m not familiar with them. For now, we’ve found a temporary fix for the lag issues we were experiencing, and will be using that rather than a custom humanoid (unless if it becomes a major problem). Thank you for taking your time to look at the post, though.
