About Us

Hi there! We are Crazy Giraffe Studios, a small upcoming game development team. We’re looking for builders who are willing to join our team and work with us on our new games.

About The Job

We are looking for 3 professional builders to join our team. We expect high quality builds that adhere to our game’s style. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.

Payment

You will be paid 10% of the groups revenue + a guaranteed minimum amount each month. We will offer a contract for you to sign that will guarantee payment for the assets you’ve created.

10% is not a good deal a good deal at all, i recommend paying 20-25%

I totaly 100% agree with @haka4life432. 10% earnings its too small.

I recommend 15% - 20%

Alright, look. I like your spirit, pal, however, wouldn’t it be a bit easier to personally interview each builder since each of your workers are bound to be respected developers?

Hello, On receipt of your comments I will now be hiring 2 Builders at 15% + Guaranteed Minimum payment.

Alos, why we do application forms is so we can remove any loose ends before hiring someone and then sadly having to dismiss them.
