Hello DevForum members! I am working on a project that is in need of a programmer/scripter!
About the job:
The project we will be working on is a simulator. I cannot give out much information at this time. A little bit of the programming is already done, but not much. You will be the sole programmer, unless I am able to hire two. The project is Cartoon/Low Poly Styled. Most of the building is completed.
Requirements:
-Group Storage (1 Group)
-Past Work Examples (If any)
-Flexible Hours
-Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Lua
-Motivation
Payment:
You will be paid a percentage of the games profits, negotiable within DM’s. There is a backup payment depending on your work, if the games profits are little. The backup payment will depend on the amount of work you put into it. Negotiable through DM’s.

There is a backup payment. I just edited that, thank you. The progress of the scripts are very little. Mainly just moving camera that you would see in the shop.
What about the builds? You said most of them are done, and who cares if it’s just camera moving, it’s progress so add it. Also, what is the back-up payment (e.g. 10,000R$, etc).
Someone doesn’t want to go into a game not knowing what/even if they are getting paid. Adding more details to your post would also get you a better shot at a programmar.
Backup Payment is focused on how much progress and work you put into the game, that can be discussed through DM’s. Progress be sought out through DM’s.
Do you have the back-up payment right now? Also why not add the progress on the post???
If you added it on the post, it would be more convenient then messaging you and asking you for the progress, then if the he/she doesn’t like it, they’re time would be wasted.
I have almost all of the backup payment with me right now. If it is needed, I will get the rest of it. I will not just pay it up front because if the game is successful, I want them to get a fair price, rather then just 1 payment.
I do not add images to the post so I can get to know developers through talking to them how they can contribute to the game, and I can understand how they work with things.
