Not a UI designer myself, but here is what you should add:

  • What pay are you going to give? Pay range?
  • What style or amount of work are you expecting (for said pay)
  • What game is this for? Give a brief rundown
  • Why should GFX designers work for you rather than the competition? do you give free lunches!!!
