Introduction
Welcome to the Hitashe Public Handbook. We are a teahouse located in the beautiful Ogasawara Islands in Japan. We offer a wide variety of Japanese teas and treats to suit all desires. Our teahouse derives from the admirable woodwork present in Japanese infrastructure. We hope to establish a welcoming atmosphere for our community, while also providing an immersive roleplay experience and educating the Roblox platform about the fascinating aspects of Japanese culture. Hitashe Regulations
When it comes to our rules, we want to ensure that we have effective guidelines put in place to make sure our community is always operating in an efficient and respectful manner. With that being said, negligence of anything listed below will be met with consequences.
Terms of Service
All terms of service and community guidelines provided by Roblox are expected to be obeyed in all situations, no exceptions will be made.
Language & Behavior
We do not allow vulgar language, NSFW, derogatory comments/slurs, or any other discriminatory language or behavior. In addition, we do not allow controversial topics to be discussed in order to safeguard our community.
Respect
You should always be respectful to anyone and everyone at Hitashe. We’re not a place for drama or disrespect, keep all impolite comments to yourself.
Personal Info
Sharing personal information at any Hitashe game or server is forbidden. This includes leakage of confidential information.
Trolling/Spamming
When it comes to trolling and/or spamming, it’s not tolerated at all. If you don’t know how to act appropriately within our facilities, then consequences will be applied.
Exploiting/Bypassing
If either of these regulations are broken, you will be permanently banned from Hitashe as a whole. We do not tolerate exploiting or bypassing the chat filter.
Common Sense
We ask kindly that you use common sense in certain situations and when using our Roblox facilities. It is forbidden to utilize loopholes regarding any of these regulations stated within our guidelines.

Affiliate Information
This section of our Public Handbook outlines the prerequisites, our expectations of your group, and the questions your group is required to answer if you are considering partnering with Hitashe. If you do not meet a requirement of ours to ally, you still have a chance to apply for our establishment, as we may make an exemption.
Requirements
→ 750 group members and 100 Discord members.
→ Required to have 1-3 representatives on behalf of your group.
→ Must not have any recent bad history, expose documents, or drama in the community.
→ Maintains good activity within the group.
→ Must be able to communicate effectively with our Public Relations department, if conflict arises with your group.
Expectations
We expect your group to maintain professionalism, whether it is at an event of ours, on Discord, or Roblox. In addition, you are required to announce our events if asked by a member of Public Relations. If your group is announcing one of Hitashe’s events, it is asked that you notify us in a timely manner and include all provided information.
Submission
The application must be sent in a Google Document to one of our department members. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Rank Overview
Here you will find a detailed list of all of our ranks and their accompanying descriptions. When it comes to joining the team at Hitashe, we like to offer everyone the ability to do so. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask a House Assistant+.
Customer
Customer is our first rank at Hitashe, you will get this rank when you join the group.
Honors Customer
This rank is reserved for notable members who have contributed to Hitashe in any significant way.
Business Partner
Members who are representing on behalf of an affiliated partner at Hitashe.
Trainee
The rank Trainee is very similar to a customer, although a Trainee has already passed the application and is eligible to attend a training session.
Junior Barista
Junior Barista is the first LR rank, you must successfully pass a training session in order to obtain this rank. Junior Baristas can work behind the counter and serve customers.
Skilled Barista
Skilled Barista can be obtained by achieving 100 points as a Junior Barista. You will be ranked automatically upon acquiring the necessary points.
Advanced Barista
Advanced Barista can be obtained by achieving 150 points as a Skilled Barista. You will be ranked automatically upon acquiring the necessary points.
Kitchen Leader
Kitchen Leader is the last LR rank, you are now eligible for MR. Kitchen Leader can be obtained by achieving 250 points as an Advanced Barista. You will be ranked automatically upon acquiring the necessary points.
House Assistant - (60)
House Assistant is the first Middle Rank at Hitashe . House Assistants serve as moderators of the teahouse, trainers at sessions, and overall contribute to Hitashe’s operations on a day-to-day basis. Generally, House Assistant is obtained by completing House Assistant Applications released in the communications server or being noticed by a General Management of Recruitment. Hitashe activity requirements apply to this rank.
Supervisor - (45)
Supervisor is the second Middle Rank at Hitashe. Supervisors conduct the same duties as a House Assistant, however, they do have additional perks. Hitashe activity requirements apply to this rank.
Assistant Manager - (30)
Assistant Manager is the third Middle Rank at Hitashe and have dedicated much of their time to obtain this position. Assistant Managers are session hosts and have additional rank duties. Assistant Managers are capable of conducting the same duties as ranks below them. Hitashe activity requirements apply to this rank.
Manager - (25)
Manager is the fourth and final Middle Rank at Hitashe and have demonstrated immense knowledge of Hitashe’s operations. Managers are capable of conducting the duties of the ranks below them as well as additional rank perks given to Managers. Hitashe activity requirements apply to this rank.
General Management - (12)
General Management is the first High Rank at Hitashe and are considered department assistants. General Management are able to choose between the Event Relations or Recruitment Sub-Department. Members of this rank will fulfill their departmental duties. General Management are capable of the duties of the ranks below them, including additional perks received at their rank. Hitashe activity requirements apply to this rank.
Board of Executives - (12)
Board of Executives is the second high rank at Hitashe and are members of a department. Board of Executives are chosen to enter the Public Relations Department or the Staff Management Department dependent on their choice of department as a General Management. Members of this rank will fulfill their departmental duties. Board of Executives are capable of conducting the duties of ranks below them.
Operations Officer - (6)
Operations Officer is the final high rank at Hitashe and are members of their respective department. These individuals are considered senior department members and will continue to conduct their departmental duties. Operations Officers will have different departmental perks from Board of Executives. Operations Officers are capable of conducting the duties of ranks below them.
Managing Officer - (4)
Managing Officer is the first senior high rank at Hitashe & member of the Leadership Team. Managing Officers are the leads of their respective departments. Two Managing Officers serve as the Leads of the Sub-Departments, Event Relations & Recruitment. Two Managing Officers serve as the Co-Leads of the Departments, Public Relations & Staff Management. Managing Officers are capable of conducting the duties of ranks below them.
Executive Director - (2)
Executive Director is the second senior high rank at Hitashe & member of the Leadership Team. Executive Directors are the leads of their respective departments. One Executive Director will serve as Lead of Public Relations while the other will serve as Lead of Staff Management. Executive Directors are capable of conducting duties of ranks below them.
Presidential Assistant - (1)
Presidential Assistant is the third senior rank at Hitashe & member of the Ownership Team. The Presidential Assistant is the Overseer of Departmental Affairs, and advises the departments on different courses of action.
Vice President - (1)
Vice President is the fourth senior rank at Hitashe & member of the Ownership Team. The Vice President serves as the Co-Owner of Hitashe and makes decisions alongside the President.
President - (1)
President is the final senior rank at Hitashe & member of the Ownership Team. The President serves as the Owner of Hitashe and makes decisions alongside the Vice President.

Please refer to this section of our handbook when contacting our staff in certain events and/or situations. Therefore, if you have any questions, please direct them to the appropriate department at Hitashe.
Staff Management
The Staff Management Department at Hitashe is in charge of handling staff members, management, and primarily takes part in anything to do with internal operations at Hitashe.
Public Relations
The Public Relations Department at Hitashe is in charge of handling affiliated partners, community events, as well as anything to do with external operations at Hitashe.
