Hokui Hosting Guide
Welcome to the Hokui hosting guide! This guide is intended to be used by our Supervisors and above who have the hosting ability.
Preliminary Host Information

Hosting Timeline

| :45 | Post the training list on Discord. • Communicate with other hosts if you need trainers. • Example: If one server has 2 trainers and another has 12, please send them over and make sure you are not leaving each other struggling. |
| :45 | Instruct Training Assistants that they can claim. They have shadow priority until xx:47. |
| :50 | Announce the training session on Roblox & Discord (#sessions). |
| :55 | Claiming cut-off time. |
Additional Notes
- It is suggested to turn your profile joins to public as a host to ensure management members are able to join your server quicker.
- If someone is on Inactivity Notice, they are allowed to help, but other management members—even those with more sessions—will have priority over them. This also applies to claiming for a host.
- If you are doing a Host Evaluation, please keep in mind that you have a 24-hour cooldown if you fail your evaluation.
- The Emergency grouper role is primarily for the Host. A management member will only be allowed to step in if the Host asks for or is in desperate need of assistance.
- If nobody in your server claims to do shouts, it is the Host’s responsibility to complete them. Otherwise, any Supervisor or above can claim to announce the session.

Additional Notes

You may now begin claiming a role for the # AM/PM training session. Please reply to this message with your training count for the week. If you are unsure of your current count, use the following prompt in Discord’s search feature. I will provide an example below.

Staff interested in training must claim a spot by :43 if they want priority! You may begin forming the training list and have it sent by :45, and do the Discord & Roblox shouts at :50. The list should look something like the list below:

Those who “Claim Shadow” must be assigned with a Supervisor or higher. (If the other trainer is below SV, that is fine). Therefore they are prioritized above those with lower session counts. Those who “Claim Evaluation” are also prioritized above those with lower session counts.
When the player counts are low, hosts must dismiss trainers with higher claim counts to give those with lower claims a chance to complete their requirements.

Post this shout on the main group shout.

As staff begin joining the training center, TAs - Managers will automatically be in the “Trainers” team, and Coordinators+ will automatically be put in the “Spectators” team. If a Coordinator+ is training, it is their duty to team themselves under the trainer team using the “team” command, and vice versa if a TA is spectating.

Please use the following commands once you are starting your session.
!close (to lock the server)
!sort (to group all the trainees)
!start (to display all the messages needed to host)
!tospot *AFTER !start concludes* (teleports trainees to spots once rules are finished)
!unstart (Used if you use !start too early by accident)

Ensure that you are communicating with other server hosts to confirm which host will do the lock shout.

pm admins You may now report to your stations by using the !tostation command. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. Furthermore, a photo WILL/WILL NOT take place at this session.

sm The session is now commencing, all !PTS requests will be denied. Any questions should now be directed towards your trainer once teleported.
m Hello everyone! My name is username and I'll be your host for this session. Please direct your attention to your screen as I will now cover vital information to help you throughout your training.
sm You must treat all staff, trainers, and peers with respect. If you do not, you will be punished.
sm This session will have an orders stage and a trivia section. Your trainer will go over further information, please listen to their instructions.
sm Pay close attention to what your trainer says, and tell them if you need to go AFK. You will not pass if you don't listen.
sm Please do not get upset at your trainers if you fail as you can always go to the next session.
sm Once you are brought to your station, please do not move. You will fail the session if you run around or enter the kitchen.
sm Trainees may now be teleported to their stations. Once teleported, please go behind a counter and listen to your trainer.

Concluding Information
You can conclude the session once every group has finished training and every trainee has been dismissed.
If you have decided to take a photo for your session go ahead and do that and then follow the steps below. If you have decided to not take a photo for your session, immediately follow the steps below.
Finally, once the server has been shutdown, you may copy your training list and paste it in #training-logs.

Ensure that you are communicating with other server hosts to confirm which host will do the conclusion shout.
[TRAININGS] Training has officially concluded. If you are interested in becoming a juicer and getting trained at the next session, join the group and attend the next session! Training times can be found in the game description of our training center.

Delete your previous message in the #sessions channel to let everyone know that the session has concluded.

Reply to the training list you posted in the #session-claiming channel and say something along the lines of:

Additional Essential Information
🛠️ Command-List
!open - Unlocks and opens the server after closing it.
!close - Closes and locks the server so no one else can join
!sort - Sorts the trainees into groups
!togglepts - Turns PTS on and off.
!team - Allows you to move someone to a specific playerlist team (vital for TA teaming and EG)
!shutdown - Closes the server, this command should only be used by the host at the end of the session, abusing it will lead to serious consequences
!start - Begins the session information
!unstart - Used if you accidentally used !start
!tospot - Teleports all trainees to their stations.
📡 Additional Server Host Information
Additional servers can only be hosted 10 minutes after it is formed, this is unless the server formed before :50. In that case, the server should begin at the same time as Server One (:05).
Additional servers cannot be hosted after :10.
❓ Hosting FAQ
If the host of a session goes AFK without notice, before the session has begun, any certified session host may take initiative to host.
If the host of the previous session forgets to delete their session announcement, please notify a High Rank and they’ll have it removed for you.
