Holding F and scroll wheel changes camera speed despite being diabled

When holding F and pressing down on scroll wheel, the camera speed changes even though it is not assigned as any shortcut, and the “Change Camera Speed” setting is set to “Disabled”. I often unintentionally change my camera speed and it’s very annoying to have to correct it in the Studio Settings.

Studio Version 0.648.0.6480781 (64bit)

Expected behavior

When the I don’t have any shortcut assigned to F + scroll wheel and have the “Change Camera Speed” setting set to “Disabled”, the camera speed should not change unless I change it through the Studio settings or via the “View Selector”.

This is working as intended - focusing on(/‘zooming to’) an object changes the camera speed based on the approximate size of the object in order to prevent moving the camera too quickly after focusing on small objects. This is configured separately via the "‘Zoom To’ - Adapt Camera Speed’ toggle. Disabling that will disable this behavior.
