Holiday DevEx Processing

The process will slow down in mid december, so I think it should not be delayed for you… And congrats on your first DevEx !

Yes I agree with you because this is my second time trying to depend on the DevEx processing time to be earlier than later (which I shouldn’t depend on because It’s shamed for some reason) for something I want to use it for but when you expect it to be processed early it’s hard not to depend on it when you know it’s coming. I agree if there was bots to process the dev-ex history (humans for early devex-ers and bots for a certain amount of months) It would make it so much faster and easier for everyone. I would even say forget raising the dev-ex amount for everyone but faster processing times is worth everything. But oh well.

Sadly my emails to the devex-team get no answers. I wrote an email 2 weeks ago - no answer. I made another ticket about 1 week ago - no answer.
When will it get answered?

Been waiting 3 weeks now, hopefully it’ll get processed soon.

Is there still a delay in processing requests and also in replying to DevEx support emails?
I made a request somewhere in the end of December which was rejected (for the first time ever) on January 11th for “Failed to complete Tipalti registration.”, which is pretty vague as I have actually completed my Tipalti registration as far as I know.
I’ve contacted support and also made a new DevEx request on January 12th, but the DevEx request is still pending and I still have not received any reply on my support ticket which was made 9 days ago (even though the auto-reply email said it would take 2-5 days). Can you please look into it? I need help asap.
