Rank Information

Non-Staff Ranks:

  • Guest/Hotel Guest - Guests who visit the hotel to book a room.
  • Noted Guest - Noted Guests who used to work here (SHR) or very important guests.
  • Allied Representatives - Representatives that are from other groups we have formed an alliance with.
  • Suspended - Staff members who have broken rules that have been suspended (MR+ only). Only depending on how severe they broke a rule would depend if they get suspended or a full demotion.

LR’s:

LR’s are the most important people who work at the hotel. They keep the hotel going when MR’s+ are unavailable.

  • Trainee - Someone who passed the application and are waiting to be trained.
  • Security - Patrols the hotel ensuring the hotel is safe from trollers and exploiters and they can also work at customer service. Can assist at trainings.
  • Receptionist - Checks people in/out of rooms at the hotel. Can assist at trainings.
  • Head LR - Ability to work at the Bar. Able to work at all jobs Receptionist & Security have; Reception, Customer Service, and Security.

MR’s:

MR’s keep the hotel free from trollers when they are needed to kick someone with 3+ warnings.

  • Staff Assistant - Assists staff members at the hotel, trainings and interviews.
  • Assistant Supervisor - Assists staff members at the hotel, trainings and interviews.
  • Supervisor - Assists & supervises staff members at the hotel, trainings and interviews.

HR’s:

  • Shift Manager - Host Trainings so trainees can train to their desired rank, hold an interview or hold shifts.
  • General Manager - Host Trainings so trainees can train to their desired rank, hold an interview or hold shifts.
  • Board of Directors - Host Trainings so trainees can train to their desired rank, hold an interview or hold shifts.
