We have a quick update on the whereabouts of our Developer Relations Team throughout this year’s winter holidays. Between vacations and family obligations, our team will be on slow-mode towards the middle of December, so you can expect less frequent communication from us until the new year begins.

As @unix_system system said Dev Relations is a seperate department to moderation.
With that being said, moderation approval for decals etc. might slow down a tiny bit during Christmas as the moderation team has family etc. but there should always be moderators online.
Although with that being said I don’t speak for the moderation department, that’s just what I think from experience working alongside them back in the CET days.
