Code of Conduct

As a community dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all persons, it is imperative that members of our community and team are held to a standard of conduct that is uniformly laid out and enforceable upon all persons.

Punitive measures for those who violate our code of can from verbal warnings to being blacklisted from the community as a whole.

This shows and reinforces our commitment to our fundamental ideals and we hope to see that all our fellow community members appreciate them as much as we do.

  1. Adhere to ROBLOX and Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

  2. Abide by our in-game rules and Discord Server rules.

  3. Treat all other individuals with respect.

  4. Do not engage in harmful behaviors.

  5. Sexual assault, harassment, pornography and other NSFW activities or the
reenactments or imitations thereof are strictly prohibited.

  6. Intentional reference to controversial topics with the clear intent of causing issues and conflict are not permitted. We understand this is a gray area and this particular rule will be afforded warnings.

  7. Cybercrimes and dubious activities related to the internet including but not limited to IP hacking, cyberhacking and doxxing fall under a ZERO TOLERANCE Policy. Violators will have to be extremely lucky not to receive a blacklist for such offenses.

  8. Soliciting and advertisement of outside or personal projects and other such endeavors or interests without express permission by way of partnership or other methods is not allowed.

  9. Just as you should not reveal important personal information of others, you should not reveal important personal information relating to yourself. We have an obligation to protect you from doing harm to yourself and if that means removing you from the community, we shall do so.

  10. References to suicide and other forms of self-harm are not at all tolerated. If you yourself struggle with self-harm or other such suicide-related issues, you are free to communicate this to SHR+, but do not expect them to be your counselors or mental health support. It is your responsibility to seek professional help and personal woes should not be brought to bear upon members of our community.

  11. Make use of your common sense and be mindful of ordinary rules of common decency and professionalism. Different situations warrant different behaviors, you should be able to regulate that for yourself.

Role Information

Members of the Holo Cafe Team have different roles and with each role comes certain different responsibilities and duties.

Our roles and positions are divided into categories or classes. At the top of the hierarchy are those positions deemed to be part of the Board of Directors, the top group of people in the community. After them are the Chiefs of the Corporate Departments also known as Corporate Officers. The CEO is technically a Corporate Officer as well, but he also sits on the Board of Directors. Department Chiefs are responsible for overseeing broad areas of responsibility assigned to them.

Below the Corporate Officers are members of Management who are senior members of the hierarchy responsible for helping to handle day-to-day operations at a higher, managerial level. Under the Management are those positions classed as part of the Supervision level of the hierarchy. As their name suggests, they supervise the cafe and assist those of the Management class in ensuring the cafe runs smoothly.

Last but certainly not least are the frontline Team Members. These hard workers form the backbone of the Holo Cafe Community and are the ones you are most likely to see serving you with smiles on their faces.
