Homepage Fails to Load Content on Roblox Website

Issue Description

Whenever I navigate to the Home page of the Roblox website using the URL Log in to Roblox, the page does not display any content. It remains blank with no elements or sections visible, preventing me from accessing features like recommended games or updates.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.
2. Navigate to Log in to Roblox.
3. Observe the page behavior—no content loads.

Expected behavior

The Home page should display its standard sections, including recommended games, recently played games and other personalized content.

For anyone reading this, no, this was not modified using Inspect Mode, which deletes the layout of the website made in HTML. If I try to refresh the page, it does not display anything. This is happening to the Homepage, the rest such as Charts, Marketplace, and Create, works fine.

Both system and browser information were shared in a private message associated with my report above… Hopefully, this can be fixed!

Do you have extensions enabled? Try disabling. Try hard reloading using Ctrl + Shift + R, there’s a good chance this’ll fix the issue. Roblox has a history of issues with Firefox.
