Homestore [Feedback Needed]

Went from a single building to three… What do you all think? What can I improve on? Also If someone can remind me on how to condense my photos into a tab that would be much appreciated. TIA

I think this is very original, but you could add decorations like trees, flowers and anything else you can think of. Good luck on your game!

The build looks great! you just need to finish the interior and exterior!

I like it! I also agree with @Muwls, there is hardly to no environment objects. If you add those your homestore will come to life.

I’m assuming what you’re going for is realism. I like the idea I never saw anything with 3 buildings looks quite unique are the 3 buildings going to be separated stores are all in one? Like for an example you get cloths from the large building and the other two just have things like items cups, hats, jewelry, something that players will take ect?

The build just lacks color - material and detail (I think to make this pop more place interior items that’ll improve the quality of the buildings) when in reality, buildings or store would have details (most likely clothes, hats, items that’ll be useful for players that visit.)

Choosing a color pallet that suits your liking will look go a long way using reference images will be used as a guide when finding materials, colors, item placements so and so forth.

As stated above, the interior objects are needed the floor is bland and plain. I recommend throwing vegetation, water fountains warmer colors or using wooden planks. I would not recommend using the Roblox material as realism may be the purpose of your build your striving for.

I think this is a very unique idea, however I would personally add more colors and decorations. If you’re specifically staying with modern colors (such as white, gray, and black), maybe make the build a bit more slicker with plants! On the other hand, I think it’s pretty good!

Try and expand on the landscape, try not to make it overall too tight together.

  • Add environment features: Trees, logs, grass, flowers, etc
  • Detail the inside: Lighting, furniture, flooring, walls, etc

This is a good build! I also agree with @Muwls and @TRUSTIVENO1GaminG. You should add some trees, then it will look much better!

Looks very nice, however I think that you need to add more foliage and decor around the map to make it stand out more. Mess with the lighting as well to your adjustments.

Overall however I do like the theme of the build how it’s a modern home store, only thing I had to suggest was the decor issue. Keep up the fantastic work!

Happy Building!

Maybe add some textures to the outside? The layout looks great otherwise! Keep it up

Wanted to Update on the Build:

Not much has been done instead of making everything one grey-ish type of color try having the flooring texture feature a more welcoming color something along the line lighter brown, different patterns, dark brown mixed with grey?

If you’re having trouble picking a color pallet that looks good on the build use real life reference images can help you improve the detail and find the right placements decorations, texture -material, look at real life examples of home stores and see what you can do to make yours stand out, look at the material pallet and see what you can do to have that welcoming feeling.

Overall, it’s a good start to something I’m sure colors, decorations, proper textures or materials will be added along the process looking good so far.

The shapes are bold and unique. It looks enjoyable to walk around and feel the spaces of the architecture.

The colors are stark, and gives me a cold and off-putting feeling. It’s something that catches your attention, and might distract from the content that the structures are built to showcase.

The terrain is very abstract and the shapes feel too similar to that of the buildings. It might be good to have the landscape be visually different from the structures so that the structures can stand out and be a refuge.

With a raised camera, you can see over the walls and the empty horizon. It might be valuable to mess with skyboxes. Also to raise and extend the terrain, so that the location feels like a place in a world instead of a floating chunk of level.

This looks great! The only things i would do is maybe add a new sky box, and add some flowers, and trees.

Looks great! I love the style and everything!
