Interviews will be biweekly, and trainings will proceed the week after. There are 3 different types of interviews. LR interviews, MR interviews, and HR interviews. To put into perspective, everybody starts off as LR, once they are legible for promotion, they can take an interview to move onto MR (the interview is optional). Same process with MR’s moving into HR’s.
