ROBLOX tends to take a while to reply to applications and sometimes dont reply at all.
eitherway seeing some of the hats on the marketplace currently you might just qualify with that last hat since similar hats exist already.
though I would recommend trying to remake hats from the catalog as practice to get a bit better.
Replies can take as little as 1-3 months up to sometimes 6-8 months so be patient since more of us want to get in.
Nice models! Also, make sure to not make it seem like your models have blood/gore on them (the second image).
It takes a few months for Roblox to reply to UGC Applications, so be patient and keep practicing and learning!

Oh my bad, i was trying to do shading
I suggest you do practice a bit more with shading if that is what you currently create.
maybe try using brushes with less strength and larger shape?
Just dont go overboard and stick to what you want to make and eventually your quality increases as you try and experiment.
