I’ve been trying to make a scanline effect for my GUI, making it look like it’s interlaced.
This image is a good example of what I’m trying to achieve:
In this image, you can see how there are semi-transparent lines. How would I make this effect?

An ImageLabel should do it? Just create the effect in photoshop/pixlr and then import it and apply it, not to sure what you mean though.
