Decided to file this as a bug, and if I get yelled at so be it 
But basically, when you have the scroll bar set to scroll on the X axis (horizontal) the scroll bar images don’t seem to line up properly. Can see a gap (like 1-2 pixels) between the curved image on the left, and the main bar. And as I scroll, the main bar kinda hovers up and down.
