Horror Game Icon, Which do You Perfer?

Hey guys! Recently, I’ve made an icon and decided, which type of image should I use?
Please let me know, and don’t be afraid to share feedback!

First image, without pupils.

Second image but with pupils

#2, its hard to make out the first one. The pupils make it look more like a face and not just some textured object.
