I am looking for feedback and ways I can make it more scary.

Agreed, long arms could make this extremely disturbing and creepy, which is what I’m pretty sure they’re going for.

I suggest adding a bit of bloodstain or any kind of stain, overall it’s pretty decent and actually scary.

I would add some arms that dangle down to the floor and look unnatural, this could add another anomalous element that will make it scarier.

I used meshes for everything execpt the eyes were a mesh and a decal of an eye on top
