There are no requirements for you to use your webcam when hosting events

I just got an invite to apply to the program but I am wondering how many other people were invited to apply for this? Was it a mass message to everyone on the forum or just to top devs?

How do you know if applicants are 16 years old or older?
It is very difficult or even impossible to understand if the person does not have a webcam.
You should probably be looking at the Roblox account to check this criterion. But what if the person’s date of birth was under 16, but entered as over 16?

I think just like accelerators, they choose it over maturity and decision making skills. And of course the Roblox account, but that can be faked as well
If you can not use a webcam, one can always use his/her phone camera to for the last phase. This also acts like a verification over the person’s dedication and to have a better view over organizing.
Idts you should @ every important group and people, they check this thread all the time.
I am currently in the 3rd phase, and Roblox assisted me all the way through by even postponing my interview but they can surely not just remove it as its an important part of verification
If we have concerns about an applicants age at any point during our application phase or even if they’ve been accepted we’ll ask for them to provide evidence of their age such as a drivers license, passport etc. so we can verify.
Hopefully in the future, we’ll have technology integrated into Roblox to do this automatically and accurately
