Hot get friends playing in same server

I want to notify my Player if there are his/her friends playing in same server. Is it possible to get the friends list?

Edit:

Actually I want to do more stuff than just notify. Like player can choose to teleport to friends location. So I need a list.

Ou, I think I can just loop trough players list and check with player:IsFriendsWith
