Looks extremely good. Nice and detailed.
Maybe you could add some textures to things like wood with surface appearance or just combining the texture with the wood material so it doesn’t look like a sticker or skin pasted right on to the walls.
Got a concern about this build by the way about lag. Will it lag? It certainly looks very detailed but will it lag on lower end devices or on medium end mobile devices? If so you might wanna fix that.

Fantastic! but the floor looks very weird with that texture, But the lighting and furniture look very detailed.
