Definitely agree. The side walls and back walls seem kinda bland, maybe add (more) windows? Or detail the walls?

I think it should at least be Symmetrical. As you can see it looks odd how the right side doesn’t have anything at all of the sort, It’s virtually perfect. Meanwhile the left has a displaced board.

I’d suggest making a flat grass area (at least to start with). That way it’ll be easier to visualize the environment and the surroundings. As for the actual building exterior, It’s really up to you, If you change it you will have to detail the roof aswell, changing the style with it.
I think flowers under the windows could be good, or maybe hanging off of the window, It depends on what you’re going for, they both work. Maybe a small roof “shade” part under the door or windows, I may seem more connected that way. Just, please have solid ground and grass. 
I won’t really argue with that, but make sure everything you make is in that same style. You wouldn’t want to change it up. If you do, It’s like having something smooth in a square environment, Just like that, it won’t fit well.

I think the green part looks a bit weird maybe making it a bit darker or something but I do like it!

and for stuff to add try not to add anything that can clip into it and maybe add a oil lamp flower pot
little table stuff like that!
