Housing System in Roblox Studio

You all know the Roblox Game “Work at a Pizza Place” and i have a Question.
In this game is a Housing system where you can Decorate and Upgrade your house and i wanted to ask if anyone have an idea how i can make a housing system like this, is there a Tutorial Video or something else because i wanted to add this function into my Game.
