How’d you save plot data?

This post might seem like spam, I don’t know. I’d just really like to know how I’d do this. Thanks.

So what I’m wondering here is, how would your save data for plots? Like if you have a building system, how’d I save everything placed on the plot? Would I have to cycle through every item and store what thing it is, and the position plus size of it?

Is there an easier way, or is that how you’d go?

I’m not too familiar with plot saving. But assuming you know how to use datastores, I believe this post can help you with that. There are several more threads with solutions you can search for if this isn’t sufficient enough.

Best way to save a build plot?

I’ve been working on a plot building system recently and I’m trying to think of the best way to save it, I thought at first tables would be what I would use but then I thought that dictionaries would be better with a key being the item/block/whatever and the value would be some CFrame table. Any ideas or advice would be very helpful.
