How can i achieve a 0 shadow low-poly color for my builds

The title might be a bit confusing but what i am trying to say is:

How can I do something like this without the use of selection boxes, The reason i am asking is because i want to apply this effect to my union parts and meshparts.
I don’t mind not being able to do the outline (because i don’t want to recreate an inversed mesh for every single one in the game and also due to performance issues) I only want to re-create the color if possible.

By the look of it, the objects material is Neon - hence why it doesn’t have a shadow.

In other words, thats how.

Neon changing the color to darker, you could also try to add plain color decals to them, but it wouldnt probably look exactly like that, Neon is the way.
