I see all these big studios looking to hire scripters, and they say “Talented” scripter. I am somewhat a good scripter in my opinion, but I don’t think I’m on that level of “Talented” to be able to apply for massive studios, so how can I get to that skill level?

Make complicated scripts and try to explore things that you aren’t really familiar on I guess?
