How can I create 2006-2009 ROBLOX textures?

Hello there!

I’m starting to work on a Instant-Gib game where you can kill anyone regardless of range and I wish to create custom weapons (Which currently are reskins but may be different weapons entirely) that aren’t ripped straight out of ROBLOX.

Anyway, I’m wondering how can I create custom textures that look similar to the ones from 2006-2009. Examples of what I am trying to copy:

Low texture resolution, flat colors, less detail.

There are many tutorials online on how to achieve “Old game” looks with models and textures

Mind if you can give me a tutorial that replicates that?
Also what are the colors you deem “Flat”?
