How can I delete a game completely?

I don’t think it’s possible to delete a game completely. I know you can archive games though.

Wdym? If your just trying to clear the local game files off of your computer then you should follow this guide on deleting files from your computer. If you are trying to move the game off of your studio page or just don’t use it anymore archiving is the only way to go.
