How could i scale it like he does, what keybind to i have to use when scaling to make it scale on both sides like this?

Holding down the CTRL key while resizing will scale it from both directions.

My brain must not be working I literally just stopped building using this method 2 mins ago and I already thinks its shift + mouse instead of cntrl + mouse
