I’m making a game called rails, my friend did a thumbnail for me, but HE created, not ME, so how can i download HIS thumbnail and not JUST copy the ID?
Ask friend to log forum then you can click on the thumbnail and click download (i dont know exactly which one button is to install but the button that associate with downloading click it on the image you want)
Or ask friend if you got any messaging platform(Disco PM or something but i hope you would understand what is disco)

Do YOU and YOUR friend got messaging apps on your PC or Mobile? Ask him to send image and so then you can install it, if you dont have it, ask him to LOG into this forum and create the small topic that your friend can log into it and then he can give you a thumbnail that you wanted.When your friend has send your thumbnail click the image and click the button that associate with downloading things
So with these ways you can get your thumbnail
If your friend cant log into forum ask him to create alt account that can log into it then your friend can send you a thumbnail
