How can I edit this UI design

I recently commissioned a UI designer to create an admin panel, but I don’t like how one part of it came out. What do you guys think I should do to edit this, specifically the “Enter Reason” and “Enter Evidence” text boxes, as well as the length buttons? I’m not really the best at UI designing.

Look for ui roblox tutorials for that. Or explain the problem of ui to your ui designer to edit it.

My question is… how are you going to add evidence? Decal Ids of Screenshots? Also, why would the Admin need to give reasons/evidence to moderate someone? I mean, its a good idea, yeah, I just don’t see how this can be implemented in Roblox of all places yk?

Anyways, I think the text boxes need to be bigger/longer. This however would mean you need to make the whole UI element longer. The enter reason box can be one line tall but I feel you should give more space to write(??) down your evidence.

(also the 1 2 3 doesn’t have a unit label so is it 1 day, moth? year? who knows)

The UI is being remade by someone else instead of going back to the old designer and having him make changes.

The evidence option is where the admin can submit screenshot links (e.g. gyazo or lightshot) which then get sent through a Discord webhook. The length buttons (days, not months) are explained when an admin is trained to moderate the game.

Instead of saying Enter Reason and Enter Evidence, I think it would make more sense to have it just say Reason and Link to Evidence or Evidence Link or Screenshot link

but if its all going to be explained in training i suppose it doesn’t really matter what it says.

Assuming the Plus button is for adding another line for more evidence links, I think it should be below it and longer maybe?

also maybe if the Enter Reason looks too similar to the Enter Evidence maybe you could have like a list of common offenses (+ “other:________” ) that the moderator could check off and then enter the evidence.
