Recently, I noticed that the baseplate’s edges don’t look like a straight line. Instead, numerous vertices show up when we move in studio. This also applies to parts.
It’ll look good if a straight edge is there instead of so many vertices. It gives a blocky feeling.
Either removing those vertices or adding a lot of them may solve this. I don’t know much
This has already been solved, but I’m going to give a bit of technical background, cause it’s always good to know what’s happening when you change a setting! This jagged lines you are seeing are called aliasing. When you up the graphics quality, what’s happening is called anti-aliasing. You may know this setting from videogames as many AAA titles have this feature. Anti-aliasing blurs the jagged lines together so that they look smooth, giving the impression of a straight line. Roblox builds in all these graphics related features into their Quality setting.
I did want to add in a bit because it wasn’t specified, but pixelating is not the object having more vertexices. That’s just low rendering settings, it’s not related to geometry and does not affect the geometry in any way.
Just in case you’re still concerned about geometry.
