How can I fix this?

What are you attempting to achieve? Make the move arrows line up with the sides of the box
What is the issue? When I try to re-align it doesnt work properly
What solutions have you tried so far? I have tried to re-align the pivot

I dont know what to do? How can i fix this problem?

Try pressing Ctrl+L or ⌘+L if you’re on mac to toggle between local and world Coordinates.

Ungroup > click AlignDraggedObjects by right clicking the object and enabling it. Then drag it to have it aligned, relative to world space. Then group it again and the pivot should be fixed.
