I lost my Verified Badge due to Roblox Support removing my 2-Step authenticator without my permission. I wanted to change Authenticator Apps but I didn’t want to lose my verified badge on my profile and group. I e-mailed support asking if I were to do so, would they be able to re-apply my verified badge. Instead they removed my 2-Step without me asking them to do it. Once I re-applied the 2-Step, they never added the verified badge back.
I have created multiple tickets and haven’t gotten any responses. The only time I have gotten a response, Roblox support was unsure what the verified badge was. This has been going on for about a month (it has passed a new wave of verification). How else can I request for my Verification back?
