They recently re-introduced Genres, and many existing games got a Genre. However for games made after this change, for example my game VC World , how can I get this game a Genre? Is it automatic after some metric, or is there somewhere I can submit my game to get reviewed to get a Genre?
I’m asking because my game being marked as a Social Genre would drastically help with its reach.

Genres aren’t completely released yet like shown on the image
Roblox currently assigns them automatically but you should be able to get your genre selected when the update officially releases in the coming months
If your genre was falsely assigned then you can go to support:
More info:
What should I do if I don’t see a genre on my Experience Details Page in the next few weeks?
Not all experiences will have a genre listed. To test the new genres in Charts, we’ve begun by manually migrating many experiences to the new taxonomy. You will be able to select your genre in Creator Hub in late October, and we will notify you when it is available.
Hope that helps

MaaritzShelRoni972:
complete lie
This isn’t a lie but rather a issue on robloxs end. This is outdated but a post from 2 days ago stated that already:
Roblox removed this catagory seemingly a week ago and considering roblox modifies the catagories in the support page all the time it’s not a surprise.
Also please ask next time before just saying that the person is “lying” and the post was 10 days old considering that it couldve been changed by now.
Hope that helps.

No idea. It was claimed to release it out late october but nothing happened
Selecting Your Genre Preference
Starting in late October, you can view and update your experience’s genre in Creator Hub on the Settings page. Each experience can have one genre and an optional subgenre that will tell users at a high level what type of gameplay to expect. We will also release documentation with definitions for each genre to help you make the best selection for your experience.
