I really like that you used custom textures, that is a good idea

In my opinion your walls etc look a bit flat
You could add some different layers, such as expending the roof a little bit on the sides, adding some kind of pipes or wires
Maybe make the windows go further into the wall ( excuse my english if it is bad )

Take a look at this picture, notice how there are different layers for the walls, for windows etc

Take inspiration from irl buildings ! Good luck and have fun building

Looks great! How about adding plants and trees around the build. How about a parking lot near the building. Or details based upon your choice.

The wooden texture doesnā€™t really work for me and the windows look odd. I feel itā€™s more interior wood than anything.
I think you should build instead of decals/textures as theyā€™re not used for details, really.

Hey, I really love the modern design of your build!

I would change the color of the underside of the building, I find that itā€™s a bit distracting to the eye and takes away from how beautiful this build is.

Also try a little more variation to the textures. I love the wood, but it kind of all blends together. You made a nice shaped building and I think it could use a bit more depth. Maybe experiment with different shades of wood, or even try some brick or smooth textures to the main parts of the build.

I love the windows on the lower level. I like the idea of having variations in the style of windows on your build, but I think the upper level windows could use a bit more detail. A lot of the blue is visible around the outside of the frame of your windows

I think you have done an awesome job! Keep up the great work!!

I think the windows should be inside, otherwise it looks great!

Thatā€™s not roblox, itā€™s a 3rd party software, you can tell my the use of Real time Ray-Tracing and the use of other third party lighting features, sadly, this stuff isnā€™t possible on roblox yet.

While the build looks good.

Going of what the image you provided for us the "window texture looks a little unappealing you should replace that with the glass material, because you have too different separate window textures - materials some lighting placed on the scene to represent that realistic approach your going for you could play around with the reflection and transparency.

The pillar design looks nice are they made with parts or meshes? Iā€™m assuming your going for a modern look it wonā€™t hurt to include those additional details on the roof if your using a reference image.

I also recommend you play around with the lighting. Right now, the textures look a little here and there perhaps add some circle lighting on the ceiling or throw a material on it so it doesnā€™t be completely white.

I know that it is not Roblox, Iā€™m just saying that he should look up real buildings irl to make better detailed builds in Roblox and have inspiration for the details. Thatā€™s why I provided that picture, for an exemple

It is looking good ngl. But some of the windows are not aligned correctly, it will look better if you fix that. Also you can add a bit of more detail in the barriers. Hope this helped and keep up the good work. :+1:

The texture of the house is a bit bland and simpleā€¦ I recommend using low-ploy (smooth plastic), with the windows, the walls, and you should make the pillars a bit circular.

I really love the style of this house. Maybe make the pillars that are holding the house a bit detailed so like resizing the middle part of it, add some detail to it (put something on the bottom and top) add some textures and change the material. Other than that, it looks good. Keep it up! :slightly_smiling_face:

Nice start! I would probably add:

  • More detail to the walls.
  • A foundation (such as a concrete platform under it)
  • Transparent windows with an interior.

It looks really good so far! This is what I think you should add:

  • Extra detail on the wall textures, they look a bit bland.

  • I donā€™t know if thereā€™s going to be an interior, but if there is, making the window textures actually windows would be a good touch.

  • Lights: Whether on the floor or ceiling, florescent or lanterns, it would just be a very nice touch to add (especially if thereā€™s a daylight cycle ingame).

  • Maybe some plants? It would just add a nice touch.

  • Finally, I would overall just fix a bit of the walls. In this part, it looks like the wall is clipping into the overhang thing, so it would just be good to fix this bit.

Looks good, but I think you should actually look at some modern Bloxburg builds. The people who make these have sense of aesthetics and themes, just search ā€œmodern bloxburg houseā€ and it will immediately pop-up.

I love this not going to lie, but I think the windows are a bit off and the white should be changed to something that fits the theme of the build more. Otherwise than that, great work!

The building was made entirely in studio and the textures were taken from google (sorry for late reply)
