Maybe make the text glow a little bit so the color shines underground. Also, don’t forget the shadows and the depth when you’re making it underwater, otherwise it’s really good.

This is very nice, I would try and make the ‘made by 34x56x34’ a different font as that font doesn’t go with the rest of the image.
Also, I would recommend making the background have more bubbles in it instead of just using a gradient.
Other than that, this is a very good logo!
Your logo is really well made, I suggest to make your text lighter, add a more “intriguing” background and level the fishes, the grass and the submarine with a External Shadow using Photopea or Photoshop

Looks good so far but i have some feedback. The title’s colour blends with the background which makes it hard too see. also the “made by 3456x34” is to big and is in the center which made me read it first. overall 7/10.
