I was revamping the notifications for an upcoming project, and I landed on this:
I wouldn’t say I’m proud of that considering the same project has animations such as:
What can I do to make it more fluid and better in general? Thank you!

Video 1:
Very important, make notifications pop in above, not below. If the user dismisses one but in the same time there comes another, the “Dismiss”-symbol will move up in your case. Also the reading flow will be interrupted. That can be annoying.
Video 2:
The fade in and out looks cool so far, I would maybe make it a little bit faster.
Video 3:
I personally don’t like the wobbly effect when clicking, feels kind of unnecessary. But the focus is cool.

The pop in there isn’t intentional, but I think I get what you mean. I’ll work on that later this afternoon, thanks!

Here’s what I interpreted from your message:
I’m not 100% as what I meant was regarding the second message popping in. In your first video it’s coming from below, pushing up the first. But if one was to close the first, they’d have to move their mouse up since the message is being pushed up
