I’d say if you plan on having other activities in your game, avoid covering the player’s entire screen when they click on the “Find” button.
Having it search at the bottom for example allows you to expand on what the player can do while waiting. This includes having other menus open, etc.
This UI animation looks great! Good job on it! How long did it take to make it? How will the game work? When will the game release? This is very cool! If something’s going to change, then it would be best if the screen was covered so no one sees anything happen and it looks like a smooth transition in the game.
