How can I make a burst effect?

Hey, I have been making GFX recently, and want to make a burst effect. Does anyone know any good tools/ methods of how I can do this?

Ah, so the easiest way out there is just to use this website http://www.starburstgenerator.com/, just pick the colors that you like, save as a png, and you are good to go!
