How can I make a group of plugins

I have created a few plugins but all the buttons are separate I’m wondering how I can make them all in “one group”

example all 3 of these plugins are different yet there in the same “group”

I was able to find this post created by @Maelstronomer who posted code on how to accomplish this.

How do you reference an already existing plugin toolbar?
