How can i make a hold key to sprint?

what do i want to do

so i want it when i hold a key (like shift) it will make me sprint (with snimations ofc) and if i release the key it will go back to the normal speed… but how?

I really dont need a script for it, instead i can make it myself… but what im asking is what functions whould i need inside the UserInputService?
